Integrated In-House Production
As a manufacturer specializing in FRP products,
we have built an integrated production system covering design, manufacturing, and assembly.
To improve productivity while reducing lead times and ex-works costs, it is essential to minimize outsourcing throughout the manufacturing process.
We recognized this need from the early days of our business,
and today we can complete virtually every process in-house.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality products
quickly and at the most competitive price possible.
Our integrated production system brings this commitment to life
and is one of our most important competitive strengths.
Diverse Molding Technologies
We recommend the optimum
molding method for each product.
We understand the advantages and limitations of each molding method
and recommend and apply the optimum process for composite products such as CFRP components.
Composite molding methods—including hand lay-up (HLU), VARTM, and RTM—
each have their own manufacturing characteristics.
For example,
HLU is well suited to prototypes and small-lot production,
while VARTM is suitable for large molded parts.
We recommend the best method based on the product’s application, size, and production volume.
We fully support our customers in creating
high-quality products that meet their expectations.
Support for Diverse Product Types
From prototypes to small-lot products,
we have emphasized the ability to handle a broad variety of products since our founding.
In fact, the nature of our early business made that versatility essential.
Many early orders, including large and medium-sized chemical tanks, were one-off custom products. As a result, supporting diverse product types became one of our specialties.
Today we also receive many medium- and higher-volume orders, but our manufacturing DNA still retains
the adaptability developed through prototypes, one-off projects, and small-lot production.
That spirit remains deeply embedded in our organization.
